A round vent has been added above the garage. Shingles have been stacked on the roof.

The fireplace has been installed, but at the wrong height. It should be 14" off the floor with a raised hearth.
The water on the floor in the next room is the result the water pressure test. The upstairs bath fixtures have a leak.
